How do I make a payment?
There are two ways to make a payment:
- To make an easy one-time payment, visit our Make a Payment page.
- Call us at (800) 697-6117 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday – Friday.
How do I report a claim?
If you are involved in an accident, call us at (888) 811-4054 to report your claim 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Who handles my claim and how can I get in touch with them?
Once your claim is filed, it will be assigned a claim number. A claims adjuster will then handle your claim. You can contact your adjuster by calling (888) 811-4054 and having your claim number available.
Will the payment of my claim be affected if my car is financed?
The lienholder will be included in the settlement check.
If property is stolen from my vehicle, will my auto insurance cover this loss?
No, your auto policy does not cover personal property that may be stolen from your car. A separate homeowner's policy may cover this loss.
